The Lava Beds (also called the "Fantastic Lava Beds") of Lassen Volcanic National Park seen from the top of Cinder Cone. Lassen Volcanic National Park is in the north of California in the west of the United States. This photo was taken in the afternoon of a sunny day in October of 2004.
