Turning pin wheel near Great Ocean Road. Thanks to the image stabilizer in the 70mm-300mm lens I used I could choose the shutter speed at 1/25s with focal length of 70mm (equivalent to 105mm at 35mm film) without using a tripod so that the motion of the pin wheel is visible while the image itself is razor sharp. The Great Ocean Road is in the south of Victoria in the southern part of Australia. This photo was taken in the morning of a sunny day in April of 2007. This photo was the image of the month in March of 2010. This photo was taken with a digital camera.
